Registration

 

Bullfrogs and Butterflies offers rolling admissions; February is open enrollment month for currently enrolled customers. This will provide our in-house customers the opportunity to get their space before opening enrollment to the public – March 1.

Registration for each school year and summer camp opens March 1st for all interested customers.

Updated enrollment process will now include, first month tuition to be paid in advance of the 2023 school year, in addition to registration and supply fee. Customers will have the option to pay at the time of enrollment or no later than July 5th to keep your space secured for September 2023.

If you wish to enroll your child, please complete all admission forms provided in our links below along with the appropriate fees. ** All children must be fully potty trained**

• Admissions Packet

• Admissions Selection Form

• Preschool registration/supply fee of $190.00, payment to be dropped off or mailed to Bullfrogs and Butterflies.

If you wish to enroll your child in summer camp, please complete summer camp registration form below along with appropriate fees. ** All children must be fully potty trained**

• Summer Camp Registration Form

• Summer camp registration fee of $400.00 (includes the $50 registration fee) with $350.00 being applied to August tuition., payment to be dropped off or mailed to Bullfrogs and Butterflies.

**Please note that all deposits, registration/supply fees are non-refundable and all payments must be made in the form of check, cash or money orders.
