If you wish to enroll your child in one our full-time programs, please complete all admission forms provided in our links below along with the appropriate fees. As part of the enrollment process and to secure your child's space for the school year, families are required to pay one month's tuition in advance. The amount paid as advance tuition will be credited toward the last month of school which is in June.

List of each item required to secure your child's space in our Full-Time Program:

• Admissions Packet

• Tuition Selection Form- Full-Time Programs 

• Parent Handbook and Toilet Agreement  

• One month's tuition (applied to the month of June) and $200 Full-Time Program registration/supply fee is what will secure your child's space for enrollment. Payment can be dropped off or mailed to Bullfrogs and Butterflies.

**Please note that all deposits, registration/supply fees are non-refundable, and all payments must be made in the form of check, cash or money orders.**

• Birth certificate verification by office personnel 

• Physical form (not older than 1 year)
